Welcome to back to the Shared Practices Podcast! This week our guest is Dr. Chris Phelps. He is a dentist practicing in Charlotte, North Carolina that owns a practice with $3 million in revenue and has plans to take it to $6 million! In this episode George and Dr. Phelps discuss Robert Cialdini’s 6 Principles of Influence and how YOU can be successful by implementing them into your dental office. Dr. Phelps offers a 2-day workshop on these principles, the systems he created around them, and how to ethically tap into them. Dr. Phelps also created his own platforms “Call Tracker ROI” and “Golden Goose Scheduling” to give dentists data about their marketing dollars and new patient phone calls to the dental office. With these services, Dr. Phelps can see if you are having problems, address what are they, and how can you fix them. Thanks for listening to this week’s episode of the Shared Practices Podcast!

Dr. Chris Phelps is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine. He is general dentist practicing in Charlotte NC. Dr. Phelps is also an expert in the Science of Influence and Ethical Persuasion. He has studied under the authority in this field, Dr. Robert Cialdini, and is the only dentist in the world to be named a Cialdini Method Certified Trainer (CMCT). Chris uses Cialdini’s Principles to ethically steer patients to more referrals, decreased no shows and higher case acceptance.
