PUW 54 Follow-up With James

James first appeared on our show in January (PUW 33). Back then, he and George talked about the despair arising after James bought the practice at which he was already associate. He was doing $100k/month production. Having worked with George over the past several months, James is now on pace for producing $150k each month. This might be the *least* the changes at James' practice. So, what did George do to help James smash his goals?
