Welcome to back to the Shared Practices Podcast!

This is our last episode for Season 3. This season has been all about Startups. In this episode George highlights the key points from our guests throughout the season. We wanted to tell the stories of people going through a startup (both the good and the bad). We also wanted you to know that you can be successful in both a startup or an acquisition by having realistic expectations from the people who have gone through it. One of the biggest benefits of a startup is being able to customize your location and vision. George talks about timelines, growth strategies, some of the setbacks, and the integral professionals that you need when you are going through a startup.

Brian specializes in tenant and buyer representation for dental clients throughout the United States. Too often dentists don’t have any representation when dealing with the landlords and their brokers. It costs them huge amounts of money in the long term. In addition to running his popular Facebook group, Dental Nachos, he was also the co-director of the Shared Practices Ownership Accelerator. Dr. Goodman is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He has been a dentist for 15 years and has been through several post graduate courses in different fields of dentistry since receiving his D.M.D. degree in 2002. He currently serves as a buyer’s coach, dental broker, and even teaches implants at the Temple University AEGD and Albert Einstein GPR programs.
