Welcome to the Shared Practices Podcast! This week our guest is Dr. Graham Dersley. Graham is a practicing dentist in Churchton, Maryland. This is a unique episode because George and Graham discuss and analyze a sample practice. They give the listeners an inside look of how buyers should be looking at potential practices. Many dentists will be buying a practice just like this one and Graham talks about the systems to set in place right away to have a jumpstart into successful practice ownership. Be sure to download the episode resource for the Sample Practice on the Shared Practices website - the link is below! Thanks for listening to this week’s episode of the Shared Practices Podcast!
