Welcome to back to the Shared Practices Podcast! This week George continues his interview with Dr. Todd Peterson. In this episode George and Todd pick up where they left off and get right into managing practice growth. Todd gives his insight into the challenges that his practice faced with rapid growth - averaging 120 new patients per month! Startups can be romanticized and dentists might get discouraged hearing all the success stories. George and Todd emphasized that dentists need a plan that is well thought out about how they can scale and grow a startup. Thanks for listening to this week’s episode of the Shared Practices Podcast!
